Double This X 2 for Parties!!! Serve with Lime and Chili Tortilla Chips...As An Appt. or Serve with A Tropical Grilled Fish/Seafood Dinner!
Ingredients
- ½ tomato, diced shopping list
- 1/3 Cup onion, diced shopping list
- ½ jalapeno, seeded and finely minced shopping list
- ½ Cup fresh pineapple, diced shopping list
- ½ Cup mango, diced shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon each of red and green bell peppers, diced shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- ½ lime, squeezed shopping list
- Dash of cayenne shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the salt and cayenne. Add a dash of cayenne and season with salt to taste.
