This is A Delicious Guilt-Free Salad...and There's Enough to Share with A Friend or Two!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 Bag Spring Salad Mix (Baby Salad Greens) or Pick Your Veggies Fresh, from A Farmers Market (Which I Prefer)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Walnuts
  • 6 Fresh Strawberries Sliced Longways
  • 1 Fresh Navel Orange Sectioned
  • 1/2 Cup of Red Grapes Sliced in Half
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Blueberries
  • Toss Together in A Medium Sized Salad Bowl...with
  • Dressing Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano Leaves, Crumbled
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions
  1. In a Jar with a Tight-Fitting Lid, Combine All of the Ingredients
  2. Cover and Shake Well
  3. Use Immediately or Refrigerate Overnight
  4. Shake Again Before Serving
