- 1/2 cup softened butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup softened margarine shopping list
- 2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup strong coffee shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 1/2 cup softened butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup softened margarine shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup strong coffee shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then grease and flour 2 spring form cake pans.
- Combine flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl then set aside.
- Cream butter and margarine then add vanilla, sugar and four eggs and beat well.
- Combine coffee and milk then add coffee mixture and flour mixture alternately to egg mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips then pour into cake pans.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then cook 15 minutes and remove from pan and chill.
- To make frosting beat all frosting ingredients 5 minutes then frost cake and chill before serving.
