  • chicken wings/halved....hotsauce...crushed red pepper... flour...salt...pepper...egg...

Directions
  1. dry batter(mix 1cup flour and2tbsp.crushed pepper)...wet batter(2egg and 2tbsp. hotsauce)...season wings with s&p..dip wings in wet batter then dry batter...fry at 375degrees...
