How to make it

  • golden rule: wash thoroughly all the vegetables and meat prior to cooking
  • in a stock pot bring to boil the water
  • if water begins bubbling add the spareribs rubbed with salt
  • let it boil until the meat is tender
  • add the raddish if radish is halfway done add the string beans
  • then the tomato
  • wait for another 3 minutes or till the tomato crack its skin before adding the tamarind juice then the fish sauce to taste
  • (optional: you can add jalapeño)
  • finally add the spinach cover then simmer for 1 minute.
  • Ready to serve
