Pork Ribs Sinigang sour stew

- 1 kilo pork spareribs - rub it with 3 tbsp salt shopping list
- 5 med size ripe tomatoes - cut into 2 shopping list
- 10 pcs string beans - cut into 3inch length shopping list
- 2 med size radish - cut diagonally 1/2 inch thick shopping list
- a bundle of spinach - cut into 3inch length regardless of stem/leaves shopping list
- 1/2 cup tamarind juice shopping list
- 3 tbsp of fish sauce ( or depending on your preference) shopping list
- 10 cups water shopping list
- optional: 2pcs jalapeño shopping list
How to make it
- golden rule: wash thoroughly all the vegetables and meat prior to cooking
- in a stock pot bring to boil the water
- if water begins bubbling add the spareribs rubbed with salt
- let it boil until the meat is tender
- add the raddish if radish is halfway done add the string beans
- then the tomato
- wait for another 3 minutes or till the tomato crack its skin before adding the tamarind juice then the fish sauce to taste
- (optional: you can add jalapeño)
- finally add the spinach cover then simmer for 1 minute.
- Ready to serve
