Spicy Shredded Beef

- 3 lb beef chuck roast or similar shopping list
- 1 can beef broth shopping list
- 1 jar pepperoncini rings shopping list
- 1 jar giardinara shopping list
- 1 packet zesty Italian dressing mix shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in crockpot, cook on low 10 hours or up to 24 hours. The meat will fall apart, serve on crusty rolls to sop up the juices.
- I actually had this with and without the beef broth, I don't think you need the extra liquid, there is enough from the jarred items.
