Mock Tuna Salad

- * 1(15 oz.) can chick-peas, drained (or 1.5 c. cooked) shopping list
- * 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise or regular mayo if you are vegetarian shopping list
- * 1/3 cup minced celery shopping list
- * 2.5 T. minced dill pickle (about 1 pickle-slice, give or take) shopping list
- * 1/2 T. nutritional yeast shopping list
- * 1 green onion, chopped shopping list
- * 1 t. soy sauce shopping list
- * 1/2 t. kelp powder or nori flakes pulverized into a powdery substance. (from what I understand this can be omitted but then I don't know where the "fishy" flavor would come from) shopping list
- * pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mash the chick peas to the consistency that seems right to you
- Add all of the other ingredients
- Mix and enjoy on tater chips, crackers, bread, or vegetables.
