How to make it

  • Wash green peppers then remove seeds, and chop.
  • Simmer in lightly salted water until tender about 10 minutes.
  • Grease or butter casserole dish then layer cracker crumbs and green peppers.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper.
  • Pour milk over mixture to saturate cracker crumbs then dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
