These are my favorite meatballs, I really don't measure but I tried to quantify here

Ingredients
  • 1 lb meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal)
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 2 slices bread (white, italian, sourdough, whatever), trim crust off
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t ground pepper
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1 t garlic powder

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350F, line baking sheet with foil and spray
  2. soak the bread in the milk
  3. mix the egg, parmesan, worcestershire, pepper, onion and garlic powder into the milk and bread and stir together well
  4. Add meat, and gently combine, hands are the tool you need here
  5. Form meatballs onto baking sheet
  6. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
  7. at this point - add to sauce to finish cooking, the longer the better OR cool and freeze for later use.
