Spaghetti Meatballs Ala Tin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 kilo ground beef
  • 2 tsp rosemary (dried or fresh)
  • 1/2 bread crumbs
  • 1 big onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 kilo of your favorite spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup cheddar or parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper and some sugar to taste

Directions
  1. cook pasta according to package direction.
  2. set aside.
  3. combine ground beef, half of the onion that you made, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  4. make it into a ball like shape (depending on how big you want it to be).
  5. fry the meatballs (you'll know if the meatballs are done if turned brown) and set aside. (or you can just put these babies directly on your simmering spaghetti sauce).
  6. saute garlic and the remaining onion.
  7. put in your favorite spaghetti sauce (together with the meatballs).
  8. add salt, pepper and some sugar according to your taste (more sugar if you're preparing this dish for kids) and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  9. serve and top with your choice of cheese.
