Raspberry Muffins With Streusel Toppping

- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 large egg well beaten shopping list
- 1 cup fresh raspberries shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder then set aside.
- In another bowl beat milk, cooled melted butter and egg.
- Add wet mixture to bowl with flour mixture then blend until just mixed.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Divide half the raspberries among muffin cups and top each with remaining batter then berries.
- For topping combine pecans, sugar, flour and butter then sprinkle over batter.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
