Festive Carrots

- 2 pounds carrots sliced 1/2" shopping list
- 1 medium white onion sliced shopping list
- 1 green pepper diced shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup salad oil shopping list
How to make it
- Cook carrots until tender but firm then layer carrots, onions and pepper in deep bowl.
- Put all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil then pour over vegetables.
- Allow to stand in refrigerator overnight to meld flavors.
