Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
This dish is one that I bring to brunch pot-lucks and church breakfasts. It is always a hit and my family enjoys it. People have scratched my casserole pans to get every bite out.

Ingredients
  • 1 (32 ounce)package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream (fat free works great
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash seasoning (table blend)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with spray cooking oil. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and spread in the prepared baking dish. Bake for at least 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
