Corn casserole

- 1 box of Jiffy corn bread mix shopping list
- 1 (8oz?) container of sour cream shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drain) shopping list
- 1 can cream corn shopping list
- ¾ to 1 whole stick of butter (unsalted) melted shopping list
- 1 egg (for binding purposes) shopping list
- A dash of paprika shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix all in large bowl
- Pour into baking dish (sprayed with Pam or rubbed with butter)
- Sprinkle more Paprika on top for color
- Bake for 45min to an hour (until it looks cooked or browned)
- Let rest for a few minutes to set, then dig in.
