Four Pepper Salsa

- 14-1/2 ounces Italian plum tomatoes drained shopping list
- 1 medium red onion thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery shopping list
- 4 ounce can green chilies drained shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped yellow bell pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except cilantro in a food processor then finely chop using on/off pulses.
- Transfer to bowl then cover and chill at least 4 hours then mix cilantro into salsa and serve.
