Crazy Beef Pizza

CRAZY BEEF PIZZA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Butler Estate in Irving, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 1 can mushrooms sliced and drained shopping list
- 1 can pizza sauce shopping list
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
- Batter: shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat and pepper together then drain well.
- Prepare batter and pour into a greased pizza pan.
- Tilt pan so batter covers the bottom.
- Arrange meat mixture, onion and mushrooms over batter then bake 20 minutes at 425.
- Remove from oven then add pizza sauce and cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
