Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped white onion

1 can mushrooms sliced and drained

1 can pizza sauce

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Batter:

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 eggs

2/3 cup milk

Directions

Brown meat and pepper together then drain well.

Prepare batter and pour into a greased pizza pan.

Tilt pan so batter covers the bottom.

Arrange meat mixture, onion and mushrooms over batter then bake 20 minutes at 425.

Remove from oven then add pizza sauce and cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
