How to make it

  • In large bowl, combine sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Add pepper, salt, breadcrumbs and garlic powder.
  • Add ground beef and mix well.
  • Shape into small meatballs and arrange on greased rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Drain.
  • Transfer meatballs to slow cooker.
  • Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH setting 2 hours or until heated through.
