Spinach Quiche

This was a great way to get the kids in our family to eat spinach. It freezes well and can be made ahead of time and warmed back in an oven for company.
Ingredients
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 can hormel ham shopping list
- 1/3 c. milk shopping list
- 3 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped onion shopping list
- 9 in pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Microwave box spinach 1 or 2 minutes and drain well.
- Cook 9 in pie shell until light brown at 450
- Mix spinach, cheese, ham, milk, eggs, onion and pour in browned pie shell.
- Bake at 350 until knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
