Spinach Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 box frozen chopped spinach

1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

1 can hormel ham

1/3 c. milk

3 beaten eggs

1/2 c. chopped onion

9 in pie shell

Directions

Microwave box spinach 1 or 2 minutes and drain well.

Cook 9 in pie shell until light brown at 450

Mix spinach, cheese, ham, milk, eggs, onion and pour in browned pie shell.

Bake at 350 until knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
