How to make it

  • Microwave box spinach 1 or 2 minutes and drain well.
  • Cook 9 in pie shell until light brown at 450
  • Mix spinach, cheese, ham, milk, eggs, onion and pour in browned pie shell.
  • Bake at 350 until knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
