Best Cheesecake

- 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 c white sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c butter, melted shopping list
- 5 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 3/4 c white sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 c flour shopping list
- 1/4 c heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix graham crackers, 1/2 c white sugar and melted butter.
- Press into bottom of a 9 or 10 inch spring form pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, and egg yolks; mix until smooth.
- Add the remaining 1 3/4 c white sugar, flour, and heavy whipping cream. Blend until smooth and pour in pan over crust.
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then turn temperature down to 200 and continue baking for 1 hour, or until filling is set (doesn't jiggle in the middle).
- Allow to cool before refrigerating (overnight is best).
