How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Mix graham crackers, 1/2 c white sugar and melted butter.
  • Press into bottom of a 9 or 10 inch spring form pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, and egg yolks; mix until smooth.
  • Add the remaining 1 3/4 c white sugar, flour, and heavy whipping cream. Blend until smooth and pour in pan over crust.
  • Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then turn temperature down to 200 and continue baking for 1 hour, or until filling is set (doesn't jiggle in the middle).
  • Allow to cool before refrigerating (overnight is best).
