Strawberry Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

1 cup butter softened

1-1/2 cups powdered sugar divided

8 ounces cream cheese softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed

1 pint fresh strawberries cleaned hulled and sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In medium bowl make a soft dough by mixing together flour, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Spread dough onto a greased pizza pan and bake 25 minutes then allow to cool.

Mix cream cheese, remaining powdered sugar and vanilla together.

Spread cheese mixture over pizza shell then top with sliced strawberries.

Serve with whipped topping.
