How to make it

  • Mix pizza shell ingredients together and allow to rise 40 minutes.
  • Divide dough into 3 parts and refrigerate 2 parts for future use.
  • Spread remaining part in oiled pizza pan and dimple dough with fingers.
  • Pour 1 cup sauce over shell
  • To make sauce pour oil in deep heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add onion and green pepper then cook and stir 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and continue to cook stirring, until vegetables are tender.
  • Add water then stir in tomato paste and sprinkle sauce with basil, oregano and parsley.
  • Lower heat and allow to simmer 5 minutes then stir in salt and pepper.
  • Allow to simmer stirring constantly for 30 minutes.
  • Sauté mushrooms in oil for 2 minutes then spread over top of sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Top with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes then bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
