A perfect side dish that goes with almost anything

Ingredients
  • Red Potatoes
  • Extra Virgin olive Oil
  • Thyme or Rosemary
  • Garlic Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cut red potatoes into 1/4 wedges-peels left on
  3. spread out on a baking sheet
  4. Drizzle with EVOO
  5. season with seasonings
  6. "stir" potatoes so all are covered with EVOO & seasoning
  7. Bake for 30-45 mins, stirring once
