Texas Style Barbeque Pork Chops

- 6 center loin pork chops cut 1 inch thick shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup catsup shopping list
- 1/2 cup molasses shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in medium saucepan then cook onion and celery over medium heat 5 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Place chops on broiler pan 5" from heat and broil 8 minutes on each side.
- Brush frequently with sauce then serve with remaining sauce.
