Tomato Cheddar and Beef Macaroni

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can (14.5-oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup elbow macaroni shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the ground beef with the onions, drain. Stir in the tomatoes, water, and macaroni. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender; stir in cheese and serve.

I make this all the time and it serves alot of folks. Try adding a little chili powder and this gives it a kick. Then we call it 'chili mac' in Chicago.
