Candied Passover Pecans Recipe
these sweet crunchy lil treats can be eaten hot from the oven or last for two weeks in tupperware. Great passover dessert that will make your house smell great!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb shelled halved pecans
  • 2 TBS water
  • 1 extra large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 heaping TBS cinnamon

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 250
  2. spray large dark colored cookie sheet with PAM
  3. whisk egg and water together
  4. add pecans, coat well
  5. let sit for 10 minutes
  6. mix sugar and cinnamon together
  7. add to pecans, coat well
  8. spread in single layer on cookie sheet
  9. cook one hour, turning with spatula every 15 minutes
