How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and 1 1/4 cups water, whisking thoroughly. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup cold water and lemon extract.
- Sprinkle Dream Whip mix overtop and beat with a hand mixer on HI for 3 minutes, until stiff.
- Fold whipped mixture into the pudding until "moussey".
- Divide evenly between 4 small bowls and freeze.
