Ingredients
  • 2 yellow fin tuna fillets
  • 4 slices bacon thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Wrap portions of fresh tuna with thinly sliced bacon using toothpicks to secure bacon to tuna.
  2. Place on the grill.
  3. Make basting sauce by combining soy sauce, Worcestershire and honey then brush onto tuna.
  4. Cook until edges appear done or until tuna begins to lighten in color and bacon begins to sizzle.
  5. Turn gently being careful not to let tuna fall apart then cook until desired doneness.
  6. Brush once again with basting sauce then dust tuna with black pepper before serving.
