Crisp Caraway Twists

- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon water shopping list
- 1 teaspoons country style Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion shopping list
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl beat egg, water and mustard then set aside.
- In another bowl combine cheese, onion, parsley, caraway seeds and garlic salt.
- Unfold pastry sheet and brush with egg mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture lengthwise over half of the pastry.
- Fold pastry over filling then press edges to seal then brush top with remaining egg mixture.
- Cut widthwise into 1/2" strips and twist each strip several times.
- Place 1” apart on greased baking sheets pressing ends down then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
