How to make it

  • Put garlic in food processor
  • Add in chick peas to food processor and begin to blend
  • Add in lemon juice and tahini
  • As necessary add chick pea cooking liquid to create creamy paste
  • Add in 1/4 tsp cumin, hot pepper sauce, cumin, and half of the roasted red peppers
  • Blend until creamy
  • Taste, and add additional hot sauce if desired
  • Add in the rest of the red peppers and pulse to mix
  • Serve with veggies, pitas chips, or spread in sandwich
