How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Combine crust ingredients and press in bottom and up sides of spring form pan then set aside.
  • All above ingredients should be at room temperature before your begin.
  • Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy keeping mixture on low setting throughout beating.
  • Add sugar a little at a time then continue beating until creamy.
  • Add one egg at a time and beat after each addition.
  • When eggs have been mixed into cream cheese add flour, vanilla and lemon juice then mix well.
  • Add sour cream last and beat well then pour cream cheese into pan.
  • Place on top rack in middle of oven for one hour and 15 minutes.
  • When time is up prop open oven door and leave in oven for one hour.
  • After one hour remove from oven then allow to cool and put in refrigerator 24 hours.
