Nut Crusted Cheesecake

- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts shopping list
- 3/4 cup finely chopped vanilla wafers shopping list
- 2 tablespoon melted butter shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 24 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1-1/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 5 large eggs shopping list
- 16 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Combine crust ingredients and press in bottom and up sides of spring form pan then set aside.
- All above ingredients should be at room temperature before your begin.
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy keeping mixture on low setting throughout beating.
- Add sugar a little at a time then continue beating until creamy.
- Add one egg at a time and beat after each addition.
- When eggs have been mixed into cream cheese add flour, vanilla and lemon juice then mix well.
- Add sour cream last and beat well then pour cream cheese into pan.
- Place on top rack in middle of oven for one hour and 15 minutes.
- When time is up prop open oven door and leave in oven for one hour.
- After one hour remove from oven then allow to cool and put in refrigerator 24 hours.
