  • 4 1/2 cup diced potatoes
  • 3 1/2 cups diced sweet carrots
  • 2 cups chopped cleaned leeks
  • 6 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh dill for garnish

Directions
  1. Cook all together except the cream.
  2. When vegetables are soft, puree.
  3. Then add cream , stir well and add salt and pepper to taste,
  4. Garnish soup bowls with fresh chopped dill
