- 1/2 lb beef (thinly sliced) shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp water shopping list
- 2 tbsp calamansi shopping list
- a pinch of salt shopping list
- freshly crushed pepper shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic (minced) shopping list
- 1-2 onions (chopped) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl mix soy sauce, water, calamansi, salt, pepper and garlic. Taste if marinade is ok already. If not, add more salt and pepper.
- Add thinly sliced beef in the marinade. Mix well and marinate for 30mins in the ref.
- Heat pan and put olive oil. Fry onions for a couple of minutes and remove from pan. Drain on paper towel. Set aside.
- In the same pan cook beef leaving the marinade in the bowl. Cook beef until brown.
- Once all beef is cooked, pour marinade in the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Mix the sauce and beef and top with onions.
- Serve with rice. (^_^)
