Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp calamansi
  • a pinch of salt
  • freshly crushed pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1-2 onions (chopped)
  • olive oil

Directions
  1. In a bowl mix soy sauce, water, calamansi, salt, pepper and garlic. Taste if marinade is ok already. If not, add more salt and pepper.
  2. Add thinly sliced beef in the marinade. Mix well and marinate for 30mins in the ref.
  3. Heat pan and put olive oil. Fry onions for a couple of minutes and remove from pan. Drain on paper towel. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan cook beef leaving the marinade in the bowl. Cook beef until brown.
  5. Once all beef is cooked, pour marinade in the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.
  6. Mix the sauce and beef and top with onions.
  7. Serve with rice. (^_^)
