Anytime Breakfast Burritos

Actually these should just be called "anytime" burritos since a good one is welcome at any time of day! This recipe is from landolakes.com.

Stir together the sour cream and taco seasoning in small bowl; set aside.
Beat eggs and water in medium bowl with wire whisk until well beaten.
Pour eggs into 10" skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set, 3 to 5 minutes.
ASSEMBLY:
Spread 2 tablespoons sour cream mixture over warm tortilla.
Top with 1/6 of egg mixture, 2 tablespoons cheese, 2 tablespoons lettuce and 2 tablespoons tomato.
Roll up tightly and serve warm.
