Homemade Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 ground pork

2 slices wheat bread, shredded

1/2 cup milk

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tbsp mustard

1/2 tsp pepper

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 whole onion, finely chopped

i tbsp oil

1 small can tomato sauce (italian style)

Directions

to make the meatballs:

soak the wheat bread in milk

add the rest of the ingredients together with the ground pork

add in the soaked bread in milk as extender

mix everything together

let the ground pork mixture sit for half an hour

after an hour, form into meatballs

in a frying pan, put in oil

add in garlic and onions

add in tomato sauce

roll the meatballs in tomato sauce until sauce covers the meatballs

remove the balls from the pan

place the meatballs in a baking dish

bake the meatballs for about 15 minutes in medium heat

remove from the oven, pour in leftover sauce from the frying pan over the meatballs

serve hot
