Mini Pepperoni Bread Recipe
Tasty little version of a popular metro Philly treat usually made with regular bread dough. Can have marinara sauce handy to dip, but not needed. Might make 16 if two cans are used.

Ingredients
  • 1 - 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Open and separate crescent rolls.
  3. Lay 1 piece of cheese on dough.
  4. Place 1 to 2 pieces of pepperoni on top of cheese, as desired.
  5. Lay second piece of Mozzarella cheese on top of pepperoni.
  6. Fold dough into crescent shape, making sure ends are closed.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bak approximately 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
