Butter Biscuit Recipe
That's an old family recipe that has a rutic spanish touch, thanks to my grandma. It's a simple, fast and easy way to do biscuits that doesn't require much experience at bakery.

Ingredients
  • 100gr (2.2lbs) sugar
  • 200gr (4.4.lbs) butter
  • 300gr (6.6 lbs) flour

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Spoon rounded portions of the dough and place them onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  4. This dough only gets brown when it is already burning, so take them off of the oven when the outside part of the biscuits had gotten solid. That will take about 10~20 min., depending on the oven.
