How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar together.
  • Add egg.
  • Add orange zest and extract.
  • Mix well.
  • Add flour and baking powder. Mix some more.
  • Stir in cereal.
  • Drop onto cookie sheet 2" apart.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes at 350 degrees.
