- Gelanga (Lengkuas) 100 gm shopping list
- Fesh turmeric (Kunyit Hidup) 100 gm shopping list
- garlic (Bawang Putih) 250 gm shopping list
- shallot (Bawang Merah) 500 gm shopping list
- ginger (Halia) 150 gm shopping list
- Dried chili (chili Kering) 200 gm shopping list
- Palm suger or Brown suger (Gula Melaka) 250 gm shopping list
- Kerisik -fried coconut flash 1 no. shopping list
- Santan - coconut milk shopping list
- (Unsweetened condensed milk can be used for santan)500 gm shopping list
- lime leaves (Daun Limau) 6 pcs shopping list
- turmeric leaves (Daun Kunyit) 5 leaves shopping list
- beef cut cubes (shank) 1 kg shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Bland items from 1 to 7.
- 2. Marinate beef with all the blended ingredients
- 3.In pot start to slow cook the marinated beef & santan -coconut milk than add half of shredded lime & turmeric leaves and add in gula melaka.
- 4.When beef gets dry add in kerisik and rest of kunyit & lime leaves cook meat till tender and season with salt
- @ If desire it to be more spicy use chili padi (bird chili)
