  • 1. Bland items from 1 to 7.
  • 2. Marinate beef with all the blended ingredients
  • 3.In pot start to slow cook the marinated beef & santan -coconut milk than add half of shredded lime & turmeric leaves and add in gula melaka.
  • 4.When beef gets dry add in kerisik and rest of kunyit & lime leaves cook meat till tender and season with salt
  • @ If desire it to be more spicy use chili padi (bird chili)
