How to make it

  • For marinating the Ribs:
  • [Just put all the below ingredients in a food processor and
  • bland them]
  • Shallot peeled 5 nos
  • Garlic peeled 3 cloves
  • Carrot peeled 2 in
  • Apple peeled 1 no
  • Ginger peeled 1 in
  • Cilantro 1 plant
  • Celery peeled 1 stalk
  • Honey 3 Tb spoon
  • Soya “Kikkoman” sauce 1 Tb spoon
  • L & P sauce - Worcestershire 1 Tb spoon
  • “ALAGAPPA’S” curry powder 3 t spoon
  • Heinz Barbecue sauce 2 cups
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Remove ribs from stock and marinate with
  • marination about 3-4 hrs or over night in refrigerator.
  • Before serving roast in oven till heated up or grill over slow fire on carcold grill.
