How to make it

  • Slice the vegetables and soak in icy cold water about 5 minutes, then transfer to colinder to drain water out.
  • Put the variety of vegetables & apple at the bottom of bowl..
  • Top with sashimi & Masago egg, sesame oil, dried bonito, nori along with sauce ( chojang), Bowl of rice.
