Raw Fish And Salad On Rice Bowl Hwe Dup Bab

- 2 pack of red snapper fillet (about 14-16 oz), cubed, bite size shopping list
- 4 Tbsp Masago egg shopping list
- bowl of white steamed rice shopping list
- 1 bundle, green leaf lettuce, sliced shopping list
- 2 Persian cucumber, thinly julienned shopping list
- 1/4 Korean raddish, thinly julienned shopping list
- 1 pack daikon sprouts, cut the bottloms off shopping list
- 1 small carrot, thinly julienned shopping list
- 1/4 red cabbage, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 bundle, Perilla, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 large apple, thinly julienned shopping list
- Chojang: 3 Tbsp red pepper paste (gochujang), 6 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar, 1tsp minced garlic, 3 Tbsp(more or less) seven-up or Sprite shopping list
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil shopping list
- 4 Tbsp dried shaved bonito shopping list
- 1/2 cup, roasted nori, thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the vegetables and soak in icy cold water about 5 minutes, then transfer to colinder to drain water out.
- Put the variety of vegetables & apple at the bottom of bowl..
- Top with sashimi & Masago egg, sesame oil, dried bonito, nori along with sauce ( chojang), Bowl of rice.
