How to make it

  • Add milk, melted butter, sugar and eggs to a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk thoroughly.
  • Add flour, cinnamon and baking powder and stir gently with a wooden spoon.
  • Cut persimmon into small chunks and add to the mix.
  • Add blueberries and stir mix again.
  • Add salt.
  • Place mixture in cupcake trays and bake it for about 15-20 minutes at about 150 degrees celsius.
