Blueberry And Persimmon Cupcakes

- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 2 medium eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 small spoon of cinnamon shopping list
- 1 large spoon of baking powder shopping list
- 1 persimmon (also known as kaki or sharon fruit) shopping list
- 1 punnet of blueberries shopping list
- a pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Add milk, melted butter, sugar and eggs to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk thoroughly.
- Add flour, cinnamon and baking powder and stir gently with a wooden spoon.
- Cut persimmon into small chunks and add to the mix.
- Add blueberries and stir mix again.
- Add salt.
- Place mixture in cupcake trays and bake it for about 15-20 minutes at about 150 degrees celsius.
