Coconut Macaroon Pie

This pie is so good! Tastes like candy!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 1/4 c. flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sweetened coconut (I prefer Mounds coconut) shopping list
- (save small amount for top) shopping list
- 9" pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients. Pour in pie shell. Sprinkle top with remaining coconut. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
