Stroganof with mushrooms

- 2 ts sweet ground paprika. shopping list
- 600 gr different kinds of mushrooms (small,medium,large,round,flat) shopping list
- 300 gr red grilled peppers sliced ( can or jar). shopping list
- 250 gr heavy cream. shopping list
- 1 tbs olive oil. shopping list
- 1 tbs margarine. shopping list
- 1 big onion sliced. shopping list
- 2 big cloves garlic pressed. shopping list
- 2 c dry white whine ( or chicken broth). shopping list
- 1ts tomato paste. shopping list
- 400 gr basmati rice. shopping list
- pepper and salt to taste. shopping list
- 2 tbs parsley chopped shopping list
- 6 dr tabasco (optional). shopping list
How to make it
- Cut all the mushrooms in pieces and the little ones in half.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a big frying pan, and saute onion 10 min on low heat, add garlic and paprika and bake another 3 min.
- Add mushrooms to frying pan and stir fry till get browned, add whine and cook on medium 5 min, add tomato paste stir and cook another 2 min.
- Add red peppers, heavy cream and tabasco, stir cook 5 min and taste with salt and pepper.
- Cook rice following instructions, mix with parsley and serve with mushrooms.
