How to make it

  • u can blend or ketuk (using lesung batu-the best way) the shallot,ginger,garlic,turmeric,galangal & bird eye chilli.
  • in a pot, add about 500ml of water.
  • place the fish in.
  • add in the blended ingredients,tempoyak,daun kesum & dry tamarind.
  • on the fire, in moderate.
  • season to taste.
