This is a great Super Bowl Soup!! It won't stay on the table long!

Ingredients
  • 1 c. of chunky salsa
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 4 tbsp. of sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 (15 ounce) cansof black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 c. of vegetable broth

Directions
  1. You can begin by adding the beans, broth, salsa, and cumin to a food processor.
  2. Let this blend until smooth.
  3. Next you need to heat the mixture over medium flame until heated.
  4. Sour cream and green onion can be sprinkled on top of the soup for a final touch!
