Ingredients
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip dressing
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 2 pounds catfish fillets (4 large)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix crushed corn flakes and cheese in shallow dish.
  3. Mix dressing and seasoning in a separate shallow dish.
  4. Brush fish with dressing mixture.
  5. Coat with cornflake mixture.
  6. Place fish in a 15x10x1" baking pan.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes OR until fish flakes easily with a fork.
