Broccoli Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese softened

1 cup sour cream

1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

10 once package frozen chopped broccoli thawed and well drained

2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions

Beat cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer until well blended.

Stir in broccoli and 1-1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese.

Spoon into pie plate then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes longer then serve with crackers.
