SweetStacks Waffles

These waffles are made from Award Winning SweetStacks Gourmet Pancake mix. These waffles are rich and sweet and moist and delightful! They take minutes to prepare!
Ingredients
- 2 - 1/2 cups SweetStacks pancake mix (order at www.SweetStacks.com) shopping list
- 1 - 1/3 cup milk (For BEST Results use whole milk) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 6 TBL vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine milk, eggs and vegetable oil in a large bowl and whip together with whisk.
- Add SweetStacks pancake mix to mixture in bowl and whip together with whisk.
- Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray then heat waffle iron.
- Pour batter onto center of hot waffle iron.
- Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops.
- A Full Batch yields approximately 8 waffles.
- Waffles are made with 1/4 cup of batter.
- TO STORE: Store leftover waffles in zip lock bags and store in refrigerator or freezer.
- TO REHEAT: Heat waffles in toaster until crisp.
