- 3 cups ziti shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups low fat milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup cheddar reduced fat cheese shopping list
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 3 tbsp dried bread drumbs shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp butter, melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook ziti as directed
- Meanwhile, melt 1 tbsp butter in saucepan on stove
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper
- Add milk slowly
- Bring to a boil then cook 2 minutes constantly stirring to thicken
- Remove sauce from heat and stir in 3/4 cup cheedar and 2 tbsp parmesan until melted
- Drain pasta and mix with sauce
- Put pasta in 8X8 baking dish covered and bake 20 minutes
- Mix bread crumbs with melted butter, stir in cheeses
- Remove cover from pasta and top with bread crumb mixture.
- Bake 5 minutes longer
