How to make it

  • *NOTE RICE SHOULD BE COOKED BEFORE INITIAL PREP, PREFERABLY HAVING BEEN IN A FREEZER TO MAKE RICE FIRM*
  • Take two jumbo eggs, scramble then cook. Set aside.
  • Chop a large stalk of green onions. Set aside.
  • Cut firm tofu block into small cubes. Set aside.
  • Take Aidell's Apple-Chicken Sausage and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Heat large skillet (preferably Wok skillet), and add 1/4 cup of olive oil.
  • Add green onions to skillet.
  • Stir tofu into skillet.
  • Stir Rice into skillet.
  • Stir scrambled eggs into skillet.
  • Stir in Apple-Chicken Sausage.
  • Slowly pour in 3/4 cup of soy sauce.
  • Stir all ingredients until complete.
  • Serve warm.
